Exchanges & Returns

The way is walked in your own time and so is the choosing. Where we can make it right, we will. Every pair of Rumiyas is handmade, so it should feel like it was made for you but if for whatever reason it doesn’t, here is how it works.

Exchanges

If your size or color isn't right, you may exchange your pair for a different size or color — one exchange per order, requested within 15 days of delivery. To qualify, your pair must be:

— Unworn, with no visible signs of wear
— In its original packaging, with all straps and inserts intact

Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Because every pair is made by hand in limited runs, all sales are final — with one exception. If your pair arrives with a visible manufacturing defect, report it within 15 days of delivery and we'll issue a refund minus the shipping cost and any applicable taxes.

Handmade pieces carry natural variation in leather, grain, and pattern that's a mark of authenticity, not a defect.
